About Us

Dolphin Water Solutions Ltd is a water treatment equipment company incorporating the resources of Softener Services and Ward (Saffron Walden). This establishes us as a strong market force combining manufacturing, design and maintenance in both the domestic and industrial sectors. The client base covers a wide spectrum from individual plumbing and heating engineers to national accounts which are household names.

Softener Services was established over ten years ago, the aim of the company from the onset was to provide an unequalled customer support programme. This programme is continually under review and has been paramount in our successful growth.

Ward (Saffron Walden) was a privately owned family business founded over 30 years ago by Herbert and Michael Ward with its roots firmly established in the mechanical services sector of the construction industry. This grounding proved crucial in the diversification into water treatment.

In April 2008 Dolphin Water Solutions Ltd acquired the trading rights of Ward (Saffron Walden) giving both companies greater access to the market place.

Ward operates throughout the UK providing design skills, equipment specification and maintenance packages for commercial, leisure, retail and industrial environments.

Our after sales service is as important as the initial sale. All of our staff, including office personnel, have a working knowledge of our products and will endeavour to assist with all queries immediately. We are pleased to offer the appropriate level of maintenance to suit customer needs whether it be planned maintenance or simply spares and advice.
